Any confidential, proprietary, or non-public information exchanged during discussions, consultations, meetings, proposals, projects, training, audits, assessments, or collaborations shall be treated as confidential unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, AI Visibility, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies, Personal Branding, Executive Branding, Founder Positioning, Digital Identity frameworks, reputation management strategies, content strategies, research, technical information, intellectual property, financial information, customer data, research findings, business processes, reports, presentations, methodologies, and any other information identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential.

G-1 Communications will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will not disclose such information to third parties except:

  • With the prior written consent of the information owner;
  • Where disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent legal authority; or
  • To authorised employees, consultants, or professional advisers who have a legitimate business need to know and who are themselves subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Likewise, any confidential or proprietary information belonging to G-1 Communications, including methodologies, frameworks, proposals, reports, presentations, AI Visibility strategies, Personal Branding frameworks, Executive Branding methodologies, Founder Positioning strategies, AEO processes, Digital Identity frameworks, training materials, software, documentation, and intellectual property, shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or disclosed without prior written permission.

Nothing contained on this website shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use G-1 Communications' intellectual property, trademarks, copyrighted material, proprietary methodologies, or confidential information without express written authorisation.

Where required, G-1 Communications may enter into a separate, mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with clients, partners, vendors, or other stakeholders before the exchange of sensitive information.

The applicable laws of India shall govern this notice. Any disputes arising in connection with confidentiality obligations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
